I graduated in 1988 from University Of Delaware with my BSN in nursing and a minor in Biology. After graduation, I worked at North Shore University Hospital in New York on a Medical Oncology floor for 2 years. I was Assistant Head Nurse before switching to the Medical ICU. I worked there for 3 years before getting married in 1991 and moving to Connecticut. I worked in a Medical Surgical ICU at The Stamford Hospital for 6 years.
My husband Joe and I had our two daughters, Christine and Megan, while living in Connecticut. We moved to Medford, NJ in 1997, and I began working at Virtua in Voorhees in the ICU and worked there for 15 years until October 2012.
I was a substitute nurse in Medford for 8 years. I attained my School Nurse Certification from Rutgers University in 2010. I worked in Mt Laurel as a float school nurse, before becoming the School Nurse at Bobby’s Run in 2011.
